I have to review Maison Perumal for the wonderful experience we had, we stayed 6 nights. It is a haven in the old Tamil quarter, but easily to walk to the beachfront and White town. Food is lovingly prepared. Great Bfast, juices, eggs, dosas, idlis, pastries and fruit, and great coffee. The building is 150yrs old and has been beautifully restored, plants surround you, everything is made with wood and local materials, and my first time staying in a hotel where there is no plastic. The bed and room was beautiful, everything so clean. The staff are so friendly and professional we did not want for anything. Thank you Barti, Jayson,Elby, Sami Sunil and all the staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenteties are in good condition and well kept. Small kitchen is avail. AC working perfectly in the dorm. Communal areas are with a fan. Roof terrace. Location is good for the White Town and some temples.

This is the BEST place ever that I have stayed in Pondy so far, It had all the basic amenities and above all the host of the place was so accommodating and welcoming with us by arranging us all the Necessity things for my family. Eg: providing us with Rental bikes, suggesting sightseeing areas for us and more than that .It was a great stay and we enjoyed every bit of it. We had Mr. Fredrick Gomez, who was available to take calls any part of the time to make our stay better, and we had Vanitha who made sure that our place was clean during the day so the overall experience in Freddy Villa is just amazing, and I would love to suggest this place for family and friends.
