The location is excellent, if your plan is to stay and explore the so called White Town of Puducherry. I loved the beautiful, historical building and especially the courtyard swimming pool. The staff was excellent: very polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. I also enjoyed a lovely Keralan-style massage at their Ayurvedic Centre. Food was tasty and the menu had a good choice of varieties.

I love the ambience, the rustic and cosy feel this place carries. From the white washed walls to the pop of light blue doors and door frames to the wooden and ratten furniture, fairy lights in the garden at night, an airy and open common space to lounge in. Everything about this property is welcoming and helps you kick back and relax.
Mr Felix, his family and team of staff: Malavika, Mani and Ravi were delightful hosts and were attentive to our requests and needs. The staff went above and beyond during the 2nd night it poured cats and dogs.
I love that the room had an AC and 2 ceiling fans so that we could choose between either and didn't have to freeze on cooler nights.
I am not a morning owl and so I was ecstatic that they offered breakfast to be set aside and prepared beyond the usual breakfast hours at most hotels and properties for guest who weren't morning people.
This property is walking distance to some of the popular tourist destinations and spots in white town. It's a stone's throw away from the beach too.

Excellent hotel with welcoming staff who were very helpful. Our room was a suite with balcony, clean, great shower and comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty, and our evening meal was equally good.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant was very good my husband loved the seafood dishes. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the tourist attractions. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff. They are very helpful and patient.
Rooms are clean and have lovely heritage decor.
The location is great. It's just a short walk to the beach and close to so many restaurants and cafes. Breakfast at their Mira cafe has a good selection of Indian and international choices.
I especially enjoyed an early morning dip in the quaint courtyard pool.
I had an issue with my taxi. This was not the responsibility of the hotel but they went above and beyond to assist me. I'm very grateful for their kindness.
