The room service was very good. We had enough water, snacks, coffee and tea along with everything else included with the room. The location is perfect and the staff was kind and helpful. Their restaurant round the corner is also great. Thank you for making our stay so relaxed and comfortable! I can definitely recommend this hotel.

At check-in, I was greeted very professionaly, and the person gave me very good advice on where to go in Bologna. I booked the smallest room, as I'm travelling alone, but it was not small at all. The bathroom was great as well. Housekeeping each day was a nice surprise, also the breakfast was impeccable and the staff there very nice, although their english is shaky at best. Left my luggage with them on the last day, no extra charge, just a perfect b&b. Will definitely come back.
