Our whole stay was amazing! The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable! The location is awesome - we came in by foot from the train station Santa Maria Novella and every landmark is not more than 10 mins by foot - definitely recommend this hotel for browsing Florence! The staff were amazing and they were very helpful with every request we had! Special thanks to Sara, Alessandro and Valentina for their help and discreet manner in my requests around a marriage proposal! We will definitely visit again!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The view from our room on St. Lorenzo Basilica was unreal. The room was big, spatious and clean. The staff are polite, eager to help and make you feel like a family member. Breakfast was perfect with many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from the centar, Cathedral and Vecchio Palace. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

To begin with, the host was so amazing, he went above and beyond to assist us anytime, be it with the choice of reataurant to go but also booked them himself.
The room was clean, had nice little gifts (chocolate,wine).
Can't beat the location, you have mercato centrale just in front and some very nice trattorias in the corner.
To sum up, this is a place that i will definitely come to whenever i'm in florence.
