The place is beautiful and it smells so wonderfully. Can say it's the best bnb I've ever stayed in all my travels, I couldn't believe how lucky I was to book a place here. Located just beside one of the main piazzas in Florence, but the soundproofing is so great you don't hear any of the bustle and noise. It's so convenient and easy to get around. Cleaning service is excellent - they clean daily and replenished the water too. Facilities are complete with cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, a TV with access to YouTube or Netflix. A full dining table and living area (we stayed in the bigger rooms/suite because we were 5 people). There's a spacious modern elevator to go up to the rooms. If ever I go back to Florence, I'll only stay here!

Excellent communication from the start, with a warm reception from the lovely Mira and Francesco on arrival. They are going the extra mile with recommendations and general attentiveness and care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself is clean, spacious and lovely decorated as well, with the location being the key, as it’s super central. Overall an amazing experience!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and in a fantastic location. The host was very attentive and provided additional towels almest immediatley upon request. The apartment is located 46 steps up four staircases, so that must be considered. There is a great pastry shop located steps away from the apartment. Also had a stacking washer and dryer which is a nice perk. Instructy to use would be helpful however as it is very diffey than north american machines. We rate this apartment 5 out of 5 stars if you can handle the stairs! Worth it if you can. Oh, and did I mention it has two bathrooms and 12 foot ceilings? Wow!
