We have some issues and this hotel represented by Justin, helped us resolve all of them🙏🏻
We really appreciate the recommendations of the restaurant that Justin gave us, the food was delicious and the place was nearby the hotel which was really convenient. (La Grotta Di Leo Srl). It was a cozy restaurant!
And a compliment from the hotel as a drink was very welcoming after a long trip.
We will definitely consider staying in this hotel in our next trip!

This hotel is located in the center of the city and the room we had was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was so comfortable that you did not want to get out of it. The breakfast was nice with lots of choices.

Everything in the hotel was excellent, from the accommodation and breakfast to the staff. The hotel is very well located in relation to the city center, so you don’t need to use public transport at all. Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train.
Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
