We stayed at Hotel II Convento with our two kids (ages 5 and 8) for 2 nights,and it was the perfect family getaway! The hotel was clean,safe and in the centre of the city,near to everything.
The room was spacious enough for all of us,with comfy beds.
They surprised me with a decorated room with balloons,a personalised card,some sweets and a prosecco for my birthday 😊
Highly recommended this hotel and it's wonderful staff!!

Large and modern room, very clean, looked like fresh renovated, centrally located next to Toledo metro station (Conad market close too). Good comfort with all utilities needed, we liked the small balcony to watch the hustle and bustle on Toledo street, the windows kept the noise away by night. Check-in worked flowless, Amalia was a great host, she helped arranging a taxi from the airport and picked us up and was super responsive on Wapp for any inquiries. We appreciated the bonus of having water, tea and croissants in the room, also that cleaning was done and towels changed in 3 days time (experience in similar places was with no cleaning). We enjoyed our stay at Dimora Joseph.
