Once arrived we were welcomed downstairs even though we had a delay in our arrival. It was my birthday and I found a bottle of champagne and some nibbles which I appreciated a lot. The guest house was clean spic and span. Will visit again for sure.

I celebrated my birthday at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The check-in was earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, after check-out, I was allowed to leave my luggage and even enjoy some coffee and tea — a very friendly and unexpected service that I really appreciated.
The staff was always polite and attentive, which made me feel like an important guest. This hotel truly values its visitors, creating a special atmosphere of hospitality.
The only small downside for me was the dust and the not fully polished faucets, which was a bit surprising. However, this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates not only comfort but also genuine hospitality. Many thanks for the excellent service!

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception are very nice: helped us with all questions, helped to buy tickets, and navigated us through the main attractions on the city map. Also, they gave recommendations on how to avoid tourist scams, suggested some nice restaurants with good Italian food.
The location is super. The hotel is in 10 minute walk to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palazzo di Venezia. Metro station is nearby. The views are crazy.
We loved the terrace from the room.
