Lovely and well maintained property. It had excellent AC which was much needed in the summer. I am English and live in Milan and have explored northern Italy a lot - B&B La Fiaba is one of the best places I have stayed. The welcome from the hosts was very warm and they shared some great recommendations. The breakfast was really great and was different for the two mornings we were there. The hosts kindly offer you free bikes to use during your stay which are helpful. For me the location is perfect. It is not in the old town of Sirmione which is packed all day with tourists. This makes the B&B a great place to escape. The room had a lovely terrace. I just loved it.

Check in was super easy, all instructions how to get the keys from a keybox were sent by whatsapp. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need incl coffee, tea, sugar salt etc. Beds are comfy with additional pillows available in the wardrobe. The host Memy is very helpful and attentive and easy to contact should you need anything. TV with Italian channels and Netflix, washingmachine & iron are there as well. WLAN is available and fast enough for daily needs. Nice garden with furniture and little BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings. Overall a great experience.

The property is very modern, very clean and it offers breakfast. The owners offer an amazing service, asking guests if they need clean towels or bedsheets. They go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The property is close to lovely bars and restaurants. It’s 15 minutes walk to a beach. There’s a supermarket 10 minutes walking distance. There’s also a tiny coquette terrace for the use of the smaller double room, which I rented for 3 nights. The property has an impeccably clean kitchen for the use of the guests.
Set in Sirmione, 20 metres from Lake Garda and the beach, Hotel Marolda features a small garden and a terrace, offering panoramic views. The rooms are air-conditioned.

The hosts are incredibly kind and supportive. They helped us find the nearest grocery store and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The location is perfect—near Lake Como, yet tucked away in the mountains with a charming, rustic village vibe complete with chickens and roosters. The room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. There’s a relaxing chill zone with a pool and a wonderful outdoor dining area with stunning mountain views. 10/10.
