We had a lovely stay at this place. The room was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the coffee and water daily, and assisted us whenever we needed anything. The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

The apartment was clean, smelled good, it was quite spacious and had an amazing view to the Grand canal with a personal dock in front of the window and view of Rialto bridge. The location was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was cleaned every day. Lovely! No complaints at all!

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms and bathrooms are large and well furnished. We were in Room 117 from May 27th to 29th, and it looked onto a recently landscaped, large backyard garden where we had supper one warm evening on the newly laid deck surrounded by beautiful plants. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the front desk gave good recommendations for meals and sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.This hotel is exceptionally well located to the train station a few minutes down the street, which we walked from and to easily with our roller bags and a backpack.

The accommodation was excellent, it was an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge (5 minutes) as well as Piazza San Marco (15 minutes). Alessandro was a really helpful host, offering sound advice when asked as well as going the extra mile by providing bottled water & wine (some free as well as to purchase at really competitive price). I would highly recommend you stay here if you looking for a stress-free visit to Venice

Alessandra and the stuff were super friendly and helpful all the time! At the arrival we got some welcome cookies and Alessandra collected and printed out the best hidden restaurants and spots for us which are non-touristict and cheap! We also got a map with all of the top attractions highlighted on it by Alessandra. We really appreciated the kindness which we got during our stay! The breakfast was also super delicious! We can chose from different type of breakfast: croissant, egg, yoghurt, cookies, fruits, cheese etc. After checking out we could leave our bags at the hotel which we really appreciated as well. All in all everything was perfect during our stay and we do recommend Alessandra's hotel to everyone! We will definitely stay here if we go back to Venice.
