All staff members were kind, nice, and super professional. The location was so good that it was quite easy to access other sights, but at the same time, quiet at night. It also takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the vaporetto stop (Accademia). Additionally, the beautiful and tidy garden made me feel cozy and enjoy my last day in Venice.

I decided on the location of the hotel carefully, but it was also well chosen. It is close to the Zaterdoc and Piazza San Marco. All of the Accademia Bridges were close. Above all, the desk staff were very friendly. Especially women! breakfast is delicious!

Very well positioned in Venice, stylish and very comfortable and in a quieter quarter. The owner is knowledgable passionate about her city and very very helpful in steering us to the right places at the right time to miss the crowds. Catarina was one of the main reasons we absolutely enjoyed Venice and want to come back. If you are a Breakfast person it is varied with good fruit which you order the day before.

If you are on the art trail , this place is right by the Guggenheim and a few minutes walk from the Academia. In fact the location is pretty amazing for everything . We stayed in the upper of the two flats ( second floor) in the building . It was clean, comfortable , well maintained and spacious , with a pleasant shady balcony . The flat has double glazing and air-con if you are into that sort of thing , personally we enjoyed the windows open and hearing all the bells from the local churches .
