Location is perfect if you wasn’t to sleep and do to hear noise from street! Breakfast and view on Chanel just amazing- enjoyed so much!! Room is big and very comfortable! Hotel is just 7 min walk from San Marco

The accommodation is perfect in every way. It is in a perfect location, 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge near the Grand Canal. with an extremely kind, attentive and helpful host. Alessandro is a very good host in everything. the breakfast is the same every day, but it meets all needs. I would choose this accommodation again and I will recommend it to all my friends who are planning a trip to Venice.

Pros: very spacious rooms, great location - close to all goodies but at the same time very secluded and quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi speed. The kitchen was well equipped.
