Very modern hotel, everything is very stylish, it has multiple dining options (restaurant, bakery, rooftop terrace if weather is nice). We had Premium King room and it was very spacious. Breakfast was amazing as well. We could order egg dishes and enjoy buffet. Location is nice too, Gion district is where you can truly experience authentic Japan.

The owner is very approachable, he goes the extra mile of asking how we are and offering a space for our luggage in case we would want to leave it if we need to travel around the area. Breakfast is available free of charge -toasts, cherry tomatoes and spreads. Coffee and tea is always available as well. Japanese breakfast is offered for an extra charge but we did not avail it. Room amenities were complete as well, there even is an extension available.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, so far the best of capsule ones I stayed in Japan. Whole hostel is extremely clean and you can see staff cleaning common spaces many times a day. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the events they organize are amazing. I participated in Kanji writing and had a great teacher from the staff - thank you Yuri ❤️❤️

The location is great-- close to Keihan Shijo station and other bus stations. Walkable to Gion & other attractions. Convenient stores nearby & you can walk along the small breek in a good weather.
The room is very spacious and nicely set up too. I particularly loved the amenities.
The staff is super friendly and helped a lot with our questions. Everything was great!
