Best location for family as it is located next to the Aeon Mall where we loved the supermarket, and the Kyoto station, which made our move convenient. Friendly staff - they never say no to virtually everything and promptly helped us to fulfil our requirements.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel - we would recommend this to people coming to Kyoto. The area is nice, quiet and a short walk to the main area/metro - so location-wise it is good. They have a nice louge where there are unliited snacks and drinks - its thoughtful, and my husband and I would often chill there after a long day.
Yes, the rooms are compact - but please expect that all-around Japan in this price range. But they are clean and very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful, they kept our suitcases while we toured the city and we really appreciated that - Thank you to the staff!! We would surely come again if we're in Kyoto.

The room was quite big and I loved having a balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and stove. And even a washing machine.
