The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning-- loved the styling of the rooms, the foyer, all of it. The amount of amenities in the hotel itself was great; there are multiple restaurants in the building, shops, and a barista. It was so nice to have so many options available (particularly after a long day exploring Kyoto) to just pop down and grab a bite to eat in one of the restaurants.

All staff, owners, were warm, friendly, and took the initiative to offer help and suggestions. They really made both our stay and onward journey a lot smoother and more pleasant. The washer and bathroom dryer provided were amazing - it really helped us to stretch our clothes (and being able to wear clean clothes everyday was an amazing feeling haha).

Everything was perfect! Location is great, it was easy for us to reach other parts of the city. Our room was pleasant and comfortable with enough space and light. Breakfast was also good with enough variety. Staff were kind and helpful. Overall, we are fully satisfied and hopefully we'll be able to return here.

Everything was perfect. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I was a little afraid it would be noisy at night but it was really quiet. Showers are clean, with hot water, nice quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Also, towels are provided for free and I further used the pyjamas rental (really convenient).
