Clean room, comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious with good facilities. The lounge with free non-alcoholic drinks and opened till 10pm is lovely. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the commercial area and away from the busy tourist/shopping areas. Yet easy to get around by metro which is just 2-3 minutes' walk away. 15-20 minutes' walk to the Shinsaibashi area.

My wife and i was here on our honeymoon whole staying in osaka and we loooooved the reception-staff! When we arrived we were greeted by a sweet lady who told us about herself and welcomed us and we instantly felt at home! Every morning we had breakfast at the hotel and bought the breakfast entrance at the reception from the same person and every Morning we were greeted with a lovely smile, and after buying breakfast 5 days in a row she started greeting us with fun little "breakfast again :)?".
The rooms were nice, the laundry was superb and everything about the breakfast was AMAZING!
We will come back to this hotel for the staff and breakfast.
Location was great too and rooms were nice. 10/10 hotel.

Everyone was quick to help and friendly. The drink machine were very helpful.
When one companion lost their credit card they drove her to the police and translated for her statement.
The water pressure is excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and soft. Our room had a massage chair, which could be considered an obsession to some, and there were three more near the check in counter.

Very good localization. Subway is meters away. Really near to Shinsaibashi street, America-Mura and Dotonbori. Staff was very supportive assisting us with luggage transportation for our next destination. Great option for families.
