the room is spacious, the on-site onsen is bigger than I expected!! It has indoor and outdoor pools which can accomodate lots of people during rush hours. The hotel is just across the subway station, very convenient if you want to go to universal studio.

A good, modern hotel located in a relatively quiet area, not far from the main train station. The room was clean, of moderate size, and featured a balcony. A variety of complimentary beverages were available for hotel guests in the lobby. The breakfast was quite diverse and tasty. Overall, everything was very satisfactory, and we did not encounter any significant drawbacks during our two-night stay. Special thanks to the receptionist who kindly helped us retrieve an umbrella we had forgotten in the luggage room on the day of our arrival.

Had a stellar stay at Fraser Residence Nankai. It is centrally located and a short walk away from Namba station (perfect for a train to the airport, etc.) and Dotonbori. The room was spacious and had all amenities including kitchen supplies and a washer, which was necessary at the tail end of our trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very helpful and always provided service with a smile. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
