I loved everything about this hotel.. It was brand new (having opened this month). The hotel is stunning.. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and have everything one could ask for.. Bathroom even has a rain shower.. The location of the hotel is awesome. Staff are very friendly and spoke good English.. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety.. would highly recommend..

Staff was great and helpful. Ricardo from the front office helped us understand all the check in instructions thoroughly. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Specially liked the microwave in the room to heat up your own food, a great touch. Rooms were well done and houskeeping was prompt. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Also, free coffee down at the lobby was helpful.

Everything! Location, facilities, staffs, cleanliness are all exceptional good! This hotel had set a very high standard for our expectation of our future vacations from now on.
This hotel located in the heart of Namba, inside the streets of the comic, game area. My teenage sons love all the gacha, comic and games at the surrounding. A big Namco is just opposite the hotel. Train to airport is just a few minutes away.

The rooms are big and equipped with all you need to spend a confortable night. The location is very convenient, a short walking distance to the metro station. The host was very welcoming and nice. Just bear in mind the stairs to access the rooms if you are bringing a big luggage but the host helped us to carry them 😊
