This place is wonderful place ever! With price, location, apartment facilities, and particularly very nice owner! Even here doesn’t locate in the center city but it doesn’t matter because the subway is close and it’s very convenient. We stay here for a week, we truly recommend this place!!!!

Good location and short walking distance to a subway station. The place is quite new and the owner is a very friendly Chinese gentleman who can speak English too. He provided good pointers on places to visit.

Udatsuya Villa is owned by Niho. She single-handedly manages the entire property, from reception to housekeeping to room service and everything else. Niho is warm and friendly, always with a warm smile. She is more a friend to us now.
The location is very near most of the major attractions, just 3 stops away from Namba station.

very clean and convenient. We took the Nankai Rapi:t Airport Express from KIX and it stops here before Namba. It is a 15 min from the station but it helps that there are supermarkets along the way to shop for some groceries. Instructions to find out way and self check in were clear

It was the best accommodation that my family was satisfied with. The facilities and cleanliness were both good.
It was self-check-in and check-out, but the owner of the house communicated quickly and very friendly. I'm thinking of visiting again next time.

Great location right near the metro stations like Osaka loop etc, Very helpful manager and staff. the manager speaks excellent English which helped when I was needing advise on stuff and they were super helpful whenever I need to work something out. worth the stay
