Clean room, comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious with good facilities. The lounge with free non-alcoholic drinks and opened till 10pm is lovely. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the commercial area and away from the busy tourist/shopping areas. Yet easy to get around by metro which is just 2-3 minutes' walk away. 15-20 minutes' walk to the Shinsaibashi area.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities
The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !

Very good localization. Subway is meters away. Really near to Shinsaibashi street, America-Mura and Dotonbori. Staff was very supportive assisting us with luggage transportation for our next destination. Great option for families.
