Nothing beats this location. It is right in the Osaka train station, and you can get anywhere easily and quickly. We even took the JR train to the airport upon leaving Japan. Remember to get the basic fare ticket along with the ticket to the airport.

Very close to shin-osaka station (10 minutes to walk). Lawson and gourmet city supermarket were very close. The breakfast buffet costs 15 Euro - it's really big and awesome. Very friendly staff with good english skills. Laundry room with washing machine (detergent included) and dryer. The room had drinking glasses, mugs and small spoons! The fridge was quiet big and had a small freezing box.
Very nice free to use Dove Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner!

Impressed with the hotel in many ways. The hotel staff were happy and attentive. I forgot things at the previous hotel and had to send the package to this hotel. The hotel staff were happy to be in charge of arranging to receive the package for the room. The stay was perfect according to APA standards. The location was close to the skytrain. On the last day I was impressed by the hard work of the staff. A female hotel employee on duty in the morning on 9 april 2024 had the business of picking up a parcel, which impressed her very much. It deserves to be rewarded for being attentive to customers. That morning, I still hadn't received the parcel and had to go to the office to contact the office myself, but she came to take care of this and was very impressed and will go back to stay again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, making it easy to explore Osaka and travel to other cities.
The room was compact but very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and practical.
The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I also enjoyed the simple complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus to start the day.
If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Osaka, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka!
