The service we received from the reception was stellar. We travel with small children and even had to spontaneously see a doctor and the staff was always eager to help.
Room was very clean and modern.
We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.

Very comfortable stay, the room size quite big. The place is high hygienic. Near supermarket, train station, and restaurant. The entrance is narrow, just be careful when carry heavy luggage but not a big deal.
The host very kind and polite. I recommend to stay here for travelling Yokohama.

Very neat and clean large apartment with 5 bedrooms spaced out. We had family 4 and access to both levels to utilise 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms as one in each level. In the heart of China Town and couple minutes walk to the port and park which were very cool. Good value for money.
