We didn’t just stay at this hotel ,we experienced it.We got the best hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the last minute of checking out.We even got some freshly baked cookies and a beautiful handmade decor piece as appreciation gifts. The staff, not just polite but happy to assist/help and ever smiling. The location is fantastic.The gym ,laundry room,swimming pool area,the deck,the food ,just perfect. I would rate the hotel 11/10 if possible.

We enjoyed a delightful few days at this home in Westlands. The area is charming, with vibrant surroundings just moments away. The space was impeccably clean, making us feel completely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill and all the essentials from towels to sheets. It’s peaceful, with the gentle sounds of birds singing near and the nearest grocery store is just a short away.

I had wonderful stay at Nzuri Elite. The apartment was exactly as the photos taken, clean and as described. The host was very kind, warm and professional. She assisted me settle well with clear instructions. The apartment has very good views of the aboretum park and a quiet environment. The shopping malls and bank were just a walking distance. Looking forward to staying at Nzuri Elite, when in Nairobi. Wonderful experience.

Easy checkin, a minor issue on the 1st day was fixed promptly by the host. We stayed there for 12 days and enjoyed it. It is well decorated and has useful things like a coat hook and table near the door, the furniture is very comfortable. Excellent location near Sarit Centre shops & restaurants or if you want to stay in, deliveries are no problem. The small grocery shop downstairs is open quite late. We would stay there again:)
