We were expecting a hotel - we got a serviced apartment! Check in was easy, the staff were lovely and the location was fantastic (1 minute walk to Jagalchi Station). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is located in the heart of Busan, close to the fish market and BIFF Square. I believe it’s newly renovated — everything felt fresh, new, and very clean. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.

I think everything sums it up perfectly, but if I have to pinpoint it, I would say the TV. The staff was super friendly and read or problems and concerns from our eyes without us needing to tell them. It was super clean, comfortable and I would book it again and again when I visit Busan in the future. 100% would recommend it to everyone.
