An exceptionally well run hotel with lovely sea views. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a swift check-in and were enormously grateful for a late check-out. We particularly enjoyed breakfast - there was a great selection to choose from including eggs made to order, fresh fruit and delicious waffles. Noor and her team ensure that service runs like a well oiled machine. Special thanks to Swabra for her gentle efficiency and the amazing Anas who appeared everywhere at once, ensuring that everyone's needs were met and his colleagues were assisted - a real asset to any team.

It has been a very long time since I experienced this level of hospitality and care in a hotel. Many Luxury hotels have gotten comfortable by just providing the bare minimum. Here, you are offered smiles, they remember your name, your likes and they go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The only place I will ever stay again in Kuwait!
