The room was excellent, lovely and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent position only 5 minutes walk to the Marina and close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Everything! Is all starts of the location and the lovely neighborhood. So close to the marine that you can feel the ocean breeze.
All the retro decor in the room were really beautiful and gives us this comfy atmosphere. Full of big windows, that let lots of Sun come in. The bed is extremely comfortable, make you sleep like in heavens.
All the staff very kind and ready to assist you with whatever you need. Just loved my stay that I’ve extended some more nights.

Its clean, great location etc but absolutely stands out because of the amazing staff. They helped us a lot by arranging an early check in and were so nice with the baby and helping with the baggage. Would go here again when staying in auckland.
