Very cetral location. The cable car is next door. The hotel is new with modern and practical design. We were on the top floor near a lift, it was very quiet, we heard neither traffic noise nor neighbours. All appliances worked. The shower was spacious.

What an absolute treat it was to stay here! New modern apartment, beautiful furniture, bedding etc immaculately clean, a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, really handy to have washing machine and dryer, and certainly appreciated the dishwasher! The location was amazing, short walk to everywhere and tonnes of cool quirky little shops, cafe's in the area. It was also surprisingly really quiet. We were really appreciative to get a late check out which made such a difference with being able to pack the most into a weekend stay. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Location is perfect for seeing all the sights in Wellington..by foot you are close to shops bars restaurants and of course the beautiful harbour..we parked up the car for a few days... the apartment itself is just stunning.. so big clean with views of the city..definitely recommend..owner was so easy to communicate with and allowed us entry a few hours early..appreciated as we had travelled from Ireland.. thank you
