The property is centrally located, about 20 minutes walk from the center and right by the park, so very tranquil and quiet, in one of the most prestigious areas of Lisboa.
The rooms are pretty, comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast is exceptional.
The staff is above and beyond kind, fast and always ready to support.
We dined at the restaurant that was really good, service was great, the waiters kind and very attentive.
Would highly suggest it!

A small, friendly hotel just a little on the quirky side. Our family had 3 different grades of rooms and all were large and comfortable. Quiet location but very central to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the coffee kiosk outside in the garden. Lovely staff and great that the chef kept bringing out cakes for people in the reception area!

I loved everything! Charming historic building, beautifully decorated and furnished. I loved my room: it was large, stylish and very comfortable. Large and perfectly clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is also ideal: just a few minutes north of the charming Bairro Alto with restaurants etc. Across the street from the beautiful church of Sao Mamede (take a look inside). And just 3 or 4 minutes walk from metro station Rato. On my next visit to Lissabon I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing hospitality from everyone on the staff, taking ownership and proactiveness in spoiling its clients :)
Probably the best breakfast offered among many other more popular brands, great chefs and service.
Very comfortable rooms adequately soundproofed that gave us the best sleep and energy to explore the city during the day. I wish we could take advantage of the pool or saunas, but hopefully next time.

All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!
