The staff made us feel really welcome, especially with our 3-year old. They were there for any questions during opening hours and always very friendly with us. There were a selection of cakes and pastries left out for after hours which was a lovely touch. Our room (the duplex) was really lovely, the bed was SO comfortable and they set up a bed for our little one as well. Plenty of space, really nice, fresh decor. Lovely street views and the windows were great as we couldn't hear any noise. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room which was nice to come back to after a day of walking! Really delicious breakfast, everything a la carte and freshly made. Easy to park just down the street in the square. Fabulous location, walking distance to the main sites in Porto. We will be back and next time for a longer stay!

The place was spacious, light, airy with the bustle of the city on your doorstep. It is perfectly located for exploring Porto. It has everything you need for a stay in the city. It is close to the bus and tram and by the water. I should also say that the owner / manager was supremely helpful. The most helpful I have ever encounted. He answered all my questions promptly. Top man. Top service.
