Very good location: I would say it is a city center. Nice personal: friendly, helping, speak English. We were traveling with the dog and the hotel is dog friendly, even there are dog cookies and water, towels in the enterance. We see that for the first time! Easy thing but very 👍. Room is bigger than usually hotels have. Very big nice window, but at the same time good, almost blackout curtains. Breakfast was also very good (nothing special, but not cheap at all and great variety). It was very rainy day and we were all morning outside before the check-in time, but they prepared our room earlier and let us in before the actual time! It was very kind, especially because we were with the small baby and a dog.

This hotel lies by the Värtan ferry terminals, 10 minutes' drive from Stockholm city centre. A local bus stop is found right outside the hotel, offering connections to the centre.

Very nice location close to a small park. The exterior of the hotel actually looks better in reality. The choice of meals in the restaurant is not vast but they are of good quality and the staff is rather helpful. Our kid liked to play with bathroom doors. Spiral staircases are very nice.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location and the room were both very nice. I loved the blackout curtain in the summer Scandinavian countries with their long daylight hours. There was good water pressure. The staff were kind.

Great location (not a long walk from the old town centre), couldn’t hear any traffic or noises outside despite being close to nightlife, excellent and tasty selection of hot and continental options at the breakfast buffet (so much to choose from and catered for different dietary requirements), loved the balcony (7th floor room), beds were very comfy, complimentary bath robes was a nice touch and the staff were super friendly and welcoming

I booked a suite for a friend who has had a very tough year. The management was lovely. They had little treats and a beautiful note for her. It’s really the most charming hotel in Stockholm. My husband and I always stay here. It’s just perfection!
