The location was great. Friendly staff and tastefully decorated. Beaufiful nar and restaurant in hotel. The lovely lady (forgotten to ask her name) who attended to us at the bar was not only sweet, but professional as well. Bars and restaurants all round. MRT (underground trains) walking distance.

Property was really cool! Lovely and new. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful both in person and in what’s app. Loved the app you download to access your room, was easy and meant you didn’t have to worry about loosing your room key (which is on your phone in the app) location was awesome! The 24-hour WhatsApp service was very helpful. Siew (f that's how her name is spelt, was very willing to assist. Syafik, too, was very helpful with the do's and don't's of Singapore. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

-location is super, nearby several MRT stations linking to everywhere easily. In front of the hotel there is bus station going to Merlion jetty with only two stops -the room is facilitated with all we need, with very comfortable bed. The two double bed room is super for families with children. Every days served with enough bottle waters. Towels are changed every day. Aircon works perfectly -hotel staff very nice and helpful, easy to communicate and solve all questions -WiFi in the room works well with fast speed -nearby the hotel there is a street full of tasty restaurants, especially Asian and Chinese food
