Breakfast spread was great. Staff gave a very Singaporean/Malaysian feel, all very accommodating and very professional. Kudos to your staff. Please maintain it. Rooms were not sound proof enough, could hear room service and the trolleys in the corridor. Kids club staff were excellent! I did not get all their names but Nadya, Shaheer, Russel, etc. Planter’s Murali and his team! Amazing 🤩

A return visit and I was so happy to return. I felt very spoilt as I was upgraded to the most wonderful suite. It really was absolutely perfect. It had everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed and for me the important coffee Nespresso machine. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was amazing. It was so lovely to be back.

Exceptional! Hotel’s location (surrounded by a shopping mall and many dining facilities), room’s view, cleaning, rich and tasty breakfast, beach bar and an infinity swimming pool. The most important for us was an excellent room’s arrangement (including cakes) for kid’s birthday celebration at our initial request, which was really appreciated! Their extremely kind personnel (would only mention Sufri - a front desk manager, but all others were very good too). Will definitely return there at any further opportunity!
