The hotel has its reputation and for good reason. Apart from the amazing pool view, the room itself had so many details and amenities I can't even start listing. It really made our day special.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s close to all the major attractions walkable actually. We stayed with Marina bay view room on 11th floor and had a great view and bath tub. The breakfast was good and multiple cuisines to choose from and as Indian, indian food options are available and they make fresh dosa uttapa if asked for which was great too. Also because we stayed in easter holidays they gave us dessert plate everyday in our room when we stayed!! In all great experiences, you get what you paid for!!

Our apartment was clean, spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Anthony, who was positioned in the reception area was very helpful and a great source of information for visitors. The staff made the hotel feel like a home away from home. We really liked the location. It is right next to a tube station/ MRT station and also near many of the sights of Singapore. Easy to find. We rented a Collyer Suite and we really liked the kitchenette and the separate sitting room/ dining area and separated from the bedroom. It gave us the feeling of being in an apartment and not a hotel room. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and we were delighted to find a bowl of fruit as a welcome gift and a tea and coffee station in the kitchenette. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses for two. We also enjoyed the water filtration system that either heated up your filtered water for a cup of tea or cooled the water for a glass of drinking water. It is 2 blocks to a large hawker center for meals, and 2 blocks to a Marks and Spencer food for groceries. There is a restaurant and bar on site as well. Enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we had a chance to visit Singapore again.
