I had an outstanding stay at Riva Surya! The staff truly goes above and beyond, always attentive, incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. Every request I made was handled quickly and with a smile. They even booked a taxi for me several days in advance to make sure I'd get to the airport on time on the marathon day, and when I checked out, they double-checked the room to ensure I hadn't forgotten anything.
The location is fantastic, right across from Beit Chabad which is very convenient if you need a kosher restaurant or a place to spend Shabbat. The hotel is in the lively Khao San area, full of great bars and restaurants, yet the hotel itself is perfectly quiet. I slept amazingly well every night.
Honestly, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about the place, I think one of the best hostel's in Bangkok, super clean, super comfy and on top of all the ladies at the reception and staff is very nice and cooperative. Good breakfast and and good location as well. If I'll come to Bangkok again, I'll stay in the same hostel.

The rooms were very spacious and we had a super comfortable bed. Despite some roadworks happening outside, it was super quiet and relaxing. Beautiful rooftop pool and great buffet breakfast with good variety. The staff were also super helpful.

We really liked the location. It is about 10 min walk to Khao san road. The hotel is positioned next to the main road but you can't hear the noise.. i'd say it is quiet.
We also liked breakfast. Everyday is something different (noodless, eggs, rice, chicken) but the "mains" are the same (butter, jam, nutella, bananas, fruit, toast..).
You can also get free bottled water everyday.
We had a room on the third floor but the wi-fi connection was perfect.

5 minute walk from Khaosan Road. Lots of food stalls and convenience stores nearby. The dorm beds are very nice and had a small locker big enough to store a laptop. The balcony overlooking the river was a wonderful place to relax in the evening with a drink. Free coffee and ice cream. Fully equip kitchen.

The location is incredibly beautiful, right in the center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are planning a trip in Bangkok, it is very easy to reach everywhere. The pool was nice and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean. We also thank the receptionist for helping us with many issues. If you have any questions, they will fix them.
