This apartment is really amazing! The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. The room design is modern and elegant, and the night view is especially beautiful. The apartment has complete facilities, including an infinity pool and a gym. I had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed at an Executive Suite in building 4, amazing large 3 bedrooms with own huge bathrooms and another toilet in the living room. Huge living room with kitchen if needed. View for terrace was amazing with “skyline view” which is rare for Bangkok densely built city. Amazing personnel, happy to help all the time. Pool was good with sun till around 1:30pm ( November).
Location was great - very peaceful street considering you are close to a lot of things in Sukhumvit. Visitors friendly.
There was no more construction around as people had mentioned in other comments so all good from this pov.

The house is clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Despite being located in the city center the house is in a quiet street. The house is close to Benchakitti Park which is a great place for a walk. The host made us feel very welcome and was easy to communicate with. The instructions how to find the house were very clear. All of the windows had mosquito nets.
