The man who runs the Hotel and all the team are extremely nice and ready to help with anything you need. The hotel is very charming and the room was spacious, clean and water was provided every day. We did not use the pool, but it's definitely not as small as some people mentioned in their reviews and perfect to freshen up a bit in the current heat. Breakfast was delicious and there's also a table with some fruit, coffee, juice and sweet treats that you can take at any time. Definitely recommend :)

The location was sensational, the hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff made the visit... the rooms were spacious and clean, the rooftop was fantastic..
The hotel is a little off the beaten path however it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. A cute small independent hotel that has a touch of class, super clean with an amazing staff, .. it's the personal touch that the hotel has that makes the stay worth the visit... the rooms are well organized and clean the rooftop common area is sensational... and realistically a 5 minute walk to the main street.. or 20 second scooter ride.... this is the hotel to stay

I feel like I've discovered a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. It's a small, calm and authentic place with traditional Thai breakfast served on a cozy terrace in the morning. The hotel is located in Calm locations with in old town area, which is a good location for accessing everything on foot or by tuk-tuk for 100 baht.
