Our stay at Villa L’Orchidee in Tunis was truly exceptional. We were a group of nine celebrating a milestone birthday, and from the moment of arrival, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Mehdi, together with his dedicated team, ensured that our experience was both seamless and memorable.
The level of service exceeded all expectations. No request was too great or too small, and we always felt genuinely cared for. The villa itself was impeccably maintained, with daily cleaning that ensured the highest level of comfort throughout our stay.
The complimentary airport transfers to and from the villa were a much-appreciated gesture, setting the tone for the outstanding hospitality that followed.
Villa L’Orchidee offers not only luxury and comfort but also the kind of attentive service that makes a trip truly unforgettable. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Tunis.

Decent hotel in a quiet, pleasant area near a beautiful lake, just a 10-minute ride from the airport with nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, particularly Amira and Sukaina, for their kindness, good etiquette, hard work, and attention to detail. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. And the overall service is excellent, with staff handling requests promptly. Public areas are clean, and free Wi-Fi is available, making it a great option for both short and longer stays.

We loved our experience at this hotel!
It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!

Staff were smazing. Mehdi at reception was very informed to surrounding shops/restaurants.
Kept our bags for 2 days before check in.
Were also fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite.
