The personal has been extremely kind. In particular Radhiya was so nice serving breakfast. Emna and Saara were very helpful as well as everyone whose name I can’t remember.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis and found it to be an excellent choice. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, catering to various tastes, which added to the positive experience. I would like to extend special thanks to Fatoma, the housekeeping staff member, who went above and beyond. She provided a valuable recommendation to visit Bizerte City, which I unfortunately couldn't take advantage of this time due to my pre-booked stay in Sousse. However, I look forward to exploring Bizerte on my next visit to Tunisia. Overall, I highly recommend the Carlton Hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The hotel is centrally located, it gives a very good access to the centre, rooms are clean. The main asset of the hotel is the staff, in particular Miss Maryam who was extremely helpful and kind and did her best to make me feel comfortable during the stay

The room is very clean, the lady who is clean the room every day is perfect, also osama and fawzi in the reception are great guys and the girls in the restaurant are very helpful even the security of the hotel are good guys and very polite, in general all the staff are really friendly people
