Upon arrival all the staff was very polite and helpful. The receptions gave us a lot of tips on how to get around Istanbul using public transport, where and when to visit the attractive places. The Room (Superior Triple Room with Hammam) was clean, modern, nicely decorated, bed was also comfortable and with Hammam in the room during winter is a benefit. Breakfast was delicious, huge variety of food and change daily.
The Hotel was in a good location, a few minutes walk to the main shopping street (İstiklal Avenue), around 500 meters away from Taksim Square and Taksim Metro Station. There is a lot of restaurants and shops are everywhere around the places.
Laundromat is just around the corner of the hotel opens everyday at 7am.
We had a great time in Istanbul and thanks to Ayramin hotel with their friendly services.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the beds are clean and comfortable. Everyday cleaning service is great. As a welcome gift a plate of fresh fruit was waiting for us as we first arrived. We also got a plate of sweets at the middle of our stay and a little gift at the check out. The daily free bottled water is really appreciated. The breakfast is great and has lots of choices and certain of variations for different day of a week, The location is very convenient for accessing metro M2 to transfer to the IST airport as well as to go to the old town center and for using Funicular F1 to connect to Tram T1.
