The Roi Hotel is a little gem -a boutique hotel. It beggar's belief why they only have a 2 star rating.
Central to shopping, bars and restaurants. Alsancak train station is nearby and a leisurely stroll will bring you to the ferries at Konak.
All staff are polite, kind and available.

Very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast buffet, and great location. You can walk from the hotel to pretty much everywhere; the waterfront’s about 15 mins away on foot, the Agora about 8, and there’s a lot of supermarkets and nice food places nearby. The hotel’s also super close to the train station (5 mins walk) where you can take a train to Selçuk if you plan to visit Ephesus. Super clean lobby too. The staffs also were super friendly and helpful, and can call for airport taxi for you.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window.
While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining.
One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.
