The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

I liked the room. The room and staff were exceptional. My Mom loved the breakfast buffet. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff helped us with so many things. I didn't bring enough cash to a store 🏬. I came back to the hotel and paid the hotel in cash. They helped me pay the store and sent the items to me in HK. I thought that was excellent. They also helped my family get a half day tour to FuGuang Shan. Thanks for the great service.

I stayed here for one night to attend a concert at the Kaohsiung Arena and it was perfect! The staff were super lovely and spoke great English, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the breakfast was. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Kaohsiung.

Cosy, spacious and clean room with the best hot tub I've ever tried. Love the mood lighting and music, as well as the variety of breakfast options delivered to our doorstep every morning. Toiletries provided were of pretty good quality, and the snacks and instant noodles from the mini bar were delicious. Really value for money, for such a great accommodation.

The staff is very kind and efficient. They sorted out every request quickly and professionally. They were of great assistance. The rooms are spacious, very clean and neat. Modern style, minimalist, yet at the same time there is everything you need. I love the wooden floor. I hate the wall to wall carpeting that you find in most hotels.

Good location, close to the tram stop and convenience stores nearby. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Very clean as well. I loved my stay and can recommend this Hotel to all.

I cannot say what I liked the most because everything was perfect, but the whole environment being so lovely could be at the top.

The bed cubicle was actually very spacious. The curtain was thick and blocks out lighttoo. I like the magnet they put on the curtain so it stays put when we close it. It was also very clean. The toilets have bidet which is a huge bonus!! And the adorable cats too!! I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, close to the mrt, lrt and bus stops too. There's a convenient store accross the road. 10/10!
