Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable.
There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it.
The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues.
Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.

I love interacting with the staff, they are all very friendly and often go the extra mile to ensure your stay is well taken care of. They have answered my every query as best they can, even when they were occupied. The hostel provides towels, which is not often the case in other hostels. They also have female sanitary products, ear plugs, and toothpaste for free. Breakfast includes 3 mini croissants and chocolate spread, with hot chocolate drink. 101% will stay if I return, and will recommend fellow backpacker friends to stay here too.
