the breakfast was very poor in quality and service. the bar was most of the time closed and there was no foodservice at our arrival available. only room service. all in all not RC standart

The service from the receptionists was truly the highlight. Normally, I feel a bit of rudeness in the treatment towards Brazilians, but in this hotel, it was completely the opposite! Every day, the room was cleaned, and the towels were changed. The bathroom was super clean.
