Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.

Lower Manhattan is my favourite place to stay in NYC and this hotel is extremely conveniently located; The staff are exceptional. All of them. I would especially like to mention Alexa. She was so helpful with our packages; The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the TV could conveniently be used to cast from our phones (something all hotels should learn to incorporate in this time and age);
