Perfect spot to stay for a ballgame. Local restaurants and nightlife were very good. Felt very safe walking at night. Some fun people in the neighborhood. Parking was very accessible and easy to use.

Exceptional apartment at 9th floor facing to Opera Theater and looking directly into the stadiums. Pretty big, fully furnished, perfectly cleaned.
Quite convenient parking across the street (25$ max daily): just check whether there’s any event planned as the price could change quite a lot up to 80$ per day. They also say towing after 48h but the guardian said it’s not true.. please check! Finally, just few minutes walking from main streets with all attractions. A great value for the money spent!
