A very well restored piece of history, very confortable and with a great friendly staff. The bed was confortable, the bathroom (with a bath tube included) huge snd the staff friendly and helpful.

It was our first time in NY and I red a lot of negative comments before our trip. But I can say that we highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, we all know that. But the hotel is a good choice, the room is comfortable, always clean and not noisy at all. (We had a front city view). We did not interact much but any time we had an issue they solved it in less than 10 minutes. They were super helpful all the time. We spent 7 nights here and we definitely would repeat!

The staff were outstanding from check on to breakfast service and check out. Credit to the management and how the organisation must treat them. We felt genuinely cared for a looked after. Given New York you can just be a number it certainly wasn’t the case here. Amazing staff!!!
