The location is great, Subway a few steps away, great options on restaurants and cafés. The pizzaria across the street is delicious. The staff was always ver helpfull and very nice. The hotel offers café, tea and beverages, and a kitchen ready to use for breakfasts or other quick meals. Also very clean.

The location is amazing. Best location in NYC. Room with balcony and pool view was lovely - clean, modern, comfortable. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels that are just average for the same price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends&family.

We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.
