This hotel was great. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and the housekeeping absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel makes it absolutely perfect for exploring New York. Nice pubs nearby - especially Pete Dillons and also many places with good breakfasts. If we return to New York, we would love to stay here again!

I liked the service, all people there were friendly and willing to help. It may not be that important but already the lobby makes you feel great and welcome. The room was better than expected, clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Location was amazing with access everywhere.
