Loved this hotel - I was pleasantly surprised. It is right next to the road that starts China town and leads to little Italy. Lots to do around the general area. I really liked the eco approach and the water filter machine in the hallway. Theres a rooftop space which I found out about from another review - sadly I had back luck weather wise so didn't use it.

Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.

Spotlessly clean, really kind and helpful staff.
A real highlight for us was sitting having a drink in the bar in the evening. There was free popcorn too! The real highlight was Alicia- she is amazing. We were sad to say goodbye to her, she made our trip! ☺️ would definitely recommend.
