We were initially welcomed at the reception desk by a very friendly fellow, he explained some hot spots around the motel, guided us into our sheltered parking spot. The room was fab, I loved it, very romantic and had a lot of character. I stayed there for 2 nights, but would have been happy with 7.
Location was great, it was within walking distance of a view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

The position of the hotel (located in Lombard Street) is not strictly central but useful and comfortable to reach any destination, if you have a car available; also the quarter is pleasant because it is full of shops and little restaurants. The room (King standard with view on Lombard Street) is large and clean; the bathroom too; the staff is kind and polite; they received us with courtesy and gentleness, in particular the young Jackeline: for example, we asked a kettle for the night and they gave it immediately. But the added value of this hotel is the large parking area, free and covered. You can park in a garage at the ground floor of the building, located in front of the desk point, under surveillance; but, even if you don’t find a space in that area, you can have access to an another underground garage, very wide, you can enter in using the same key of the room. A system safe and quickly!
